Students save woman from stream

Three Year 7 students from The Mandeville School helped to rescue an elderly woman when she fell into a stream in Aylesbury.

Sam, Adi and Eustace pulled the woman from Bear Brook on the afternoon of Wednesday 8th June.

Headteacher Matthew Larminie said: “I’m really proud that our students were able to help a member of the public.

“Their actions embody our school values through kindness and helping the community."
